Rugby is a type of football in which two teams of 13 players (in rugby union) or
15 players (in rugby league) compete with each other. It is played by using an oval – shaped ball, and a normal rugby union match lasts minimum about 80 minutes.

Rugby became an Olympic sport for the first time during Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games 2016 by modifying the numbers of players to seven which is called rugby 7.
Rugby 7 consists of two halves of 7 minutes with one minute break, which is much shorter than a normal rugby match. The final game of rugby 7 can be played in two halves of 10 minutes with 2 minutes break.
