This certificate program has been designed for individuals who are interested inGeneral Nutrition 3  Canadian Academy of Sports Nutrition.www.caasn.com learning more about basic nutrition. Through this program, students learn about macronutrients (carbohydrates, fats and proteins). Also the program discusses thoroughly micronutrients (vitamins, minerals and antioxidants) and their impacts on the body not only in ordinary people but also in physically active individuals. It also covers two common trending subjects in nutrition, Omega fatty acids and probiotics.

This program consists of 19 selected lectures with totally 76 hours. See the curriculum below.

Prerequisites:

There is no specific requirements for this program. Any individual who is interested in learning more about basic practical nutrition is qualified for the program.

c) Pay the tuition fee. Your account will not be activated until the academy receives the payment.
